Privacy Policy

P22 Studio Uploader ("the Tool") is a private application operated by the owner of a single YouTube channel and a single TikTok account (the "Owner"). The Tool is used only by the Owner to upload video files that the Owner created.

What data the Tool accesses

• OAuth access tokens granted by the Owner for the Owner's own YouTube and TikTok accounts, used solely to upload videos and set titles, descriptions and visibility.
• Video files, titles and descriptions created by the Owner.
• Basic publishing status returned by the platforms (for example whether an upload succeeded).

What the Tool does not do

• It does not collect, store or process data about any person other than the Owner.
• It does not access other users' content, comments, analytics or personal information.
• It does not sell, share or transfer any data to third parties.
• It does not use platform data for advertising or profiling.

Storage and security

Tokens are stored on a server controlled by the Owner, encrypted at rest by the operating system, and are never published. Uploaded video files remain the Owner's property.

YouTube API Services

The Tool uses YouTube API Services to upload the Owner's videos to the Owner's own channel, set their metadata (title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy status, scheduled publish time) and read the Owner's own video statistics. By using the Tool, the Owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Data accessed from YouTube: the Owner's channel ID, the IDs and metadata of videos the Owner uploads, and aggregate statistics (views, watch time, average view duration, traffic sources) for those videos only. No data about viewers or any other user is accessed.

Storage and retention: the OAuth refresh token and per-video IDs/statistics are stored on the Owner's private server only, are never shared with any third party, and are retained only as long as the Tool is in use. Statistics are kept in a private ledger file for the Owner's own analysis.

Deletion and revocation: the Owner can revoke the Tool's access to YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page. Upon revocation, or on request, all stored tokens and YouTube-derived data are deleted from the Owner's server within 7 days.

Google API Services

The Tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The Owner can revoke the Tool's access at any time from the Google Account permissions page or the TikTok app's "Manage app permissions" settings. Revocation immediately disables the Tool.
