P22 Studio Uploader ("the Tool") is a private application operated by the owner of a single YouTube channel and a single TikTok account (the "Owner"). The Tool is used only by the Owner to upload video files that the Owner created.

What data the Tool accesses

• OAuth access tokens granted by the Owner for the Owner's own YouTube and TikTok accounts, used solely to upload videos and set titles, descriptions and visibility.
• Video files, titles and descriptions created by the Owner.
• Basic publishing status returned by the platforms (for example whether an upload succeeded).

What the Tool does not do

• It does not collect, store or process data about any person other than the Owner.
• It does not access other users' content, comments, analytics or personal information.
• It does not sell, share or transfer any data to third parties.
• It does not use platform data for advertising or profiling.

Storage and security

Tokens are stored on a server controlled by the Owner, encrypted at rest by the operating system, and are never published. Uploaded video files remain the Owner's property.

Google API Services

The Tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The Owner can revoke the Tool's access at any time from the Google Account permissions page or the TikTok app's "Manage app permissions" settings. Revocation immediately disables the Tool.
